Health affects everyone - and so does the research conducted in the high-profile-area Health Sciences. The researchers not only cooperate with various scientific institutions, but also with many different practice partners. They aim to communicate sound research results and make them available for practical application in order to advance health equity.

Health sciences also constitute a research and knowledge transfer priority of the state of Bremen, with transfer activities coordinated through the Transfer Center for Health Sciences.
