The qualification program consists of three pillars: a structured supervision framework, a training and professional development program, and independent activities and networking opportunities. Its focus is to ensure the quality of the doctoral process, provide early and continuous support, foster networking among doctoral researchers, and offer tailored training opportunities.
In addition to completing a required core component, doctoral researchers may earn credit for a wide range of academic and professional activities undertaken during their doctoral studies.
Throughout the duration of the doctoral program, participants are expected to complete activities equivalent to a minimum of 30 Qualification Points (QP). One QP corresponds to 30 hours of work. Previous relevant experience may be recognized to a limited extent. Upon completion of all required components and the doctoral colloquium, participants will receive an official certificate confirming their participation in the structured doctoral program.
