Research related cooperations

WSP's research is characterized by a high level of application and a large number of collaborative projects with scientific and non-scientific partners from society, politics, administration and business. A large proportion of the research projects carried out at the WSP are directly related to transfer, so that the research results can flow directly into the further development and improvement of everyone's health.

Research Cluster "Healthy City Bremen: Interprofessional, Digital, Sustainable"

BRISE

With the "Bremen Initiative to Strengthen Early Childhood Development" (Bremer Initiative zur Stärkung frühkindlicher Entwicklung = BRISE), the City of Bremen places the focus on the development of children in their first years of life. The study is receiving scientific support from the University of Bremen, among others.

AEQUIPA

Within the AEQUIPA prevention network, researchers from the high-profile area conducted research jointly with colleagues from other universities and institutes on physical activity promotion for people over 65. The focus was on the use of digital technologies and health equity.
